Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delivery attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 to 3 attempts, the parcel returns to us. We'll be in touch to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional charge.
